  1. Apples for Children is a good resource for families and child care centers. As a parent, I know the stress of calling from center to center looking for child care without even knowing if the center I am calling is a quality center. Having this website as a resource to find child care answers in one place is a great idea. Also, this website offers child care centers professional development. Most centers hire employees who have experience but not neccessarily any training. The ability for a center to find many trainings in one place would be very helpful.

  2. Thank you for your post! The links you posted were great! Very helpful. The Zero to Three: National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families was my favorite link. Its very helpful in helping other understand the focus when dealing with babies. The early years are the most important years. Very helpful links!

  3. Thank you for sharing Apples for children , it's a good resource for families to find good childcare for their children and it's also a good resource to seek counseling at the centralized call center in Baltimore: Do you know of any similar websites that are locate din California?

    identify each family's needs,
search the computerized database of all licensed programs for child care programs that meet those needs, and
counsel families in choosing their child care options.
